CT's

are round the corner and yet i have not study/revise a single thing..
well.. the last weekend which i ran for the 42km Adidas Sundown
for the timing of 6hours and 26 mins..
which i think is abit off my targeted timing..
but still its a good experience as a first timer to run a full marathon without much training..


and.. as most of the peeps were preparing for their CT's..
there an up coming adventure race on this coming sunday~

NTU ODAC Adventure Trail Challenge

this would be my first adventure race..
and sure i would have fun that i had yet to experience..
and its more challenging then Pinicles..
